All Bale Buddy Hay feeders come with a one year replacement warranty, the best (and only) warranty in the soft feeder marketplace. Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to us. All seams and bindings are double reinforced, and only top quality materials are used. If you do have a problem with your feeder, please contact us for quick resolution.
